If you are not satisfied with the hosting services provided within the first 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund of the hosting fees paid, excluding any setup fees or domain registration fees.

b. Refund Request Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within the first 30 days of service activation. Refund requests made after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Domain Name Registrations

a. Non-Refundable: Domain name registration fees are non-refundable once a domain name has been successfully registered or renewed. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of domain name registration information before completing the purchase.

3. Dedicated Servers, VPS, and Other Services

a. No Refund: Dedicated server, VPS, and other service fees are non-refundable once the service has been provisioned and activated. Any cancellation requests made after service activation will not be eligible for a refund.
