• Web hosting and VPS infrastructure
• Cloud and enterprise hosting solutions
• Domain registration and DNS services
• Business email hosting
• Cybersecurity and server protection
• Managed IT and digital services

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain account and password security
• Use services lawfully and responsibly
• Avoid malicious or abusive activities
• Comply with applicable regulations and laws

4. Payment & Billing

All services are billed according to the selected billing cycle. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement or required by law.

5. Service Availability

While HostMyWebCloud strives for maximum uptime and infrastructure reliability, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed at all times due to maintenance, upgrades or external factors beyond our control.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal content or activities
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Malware distribution or hacking attempts
• Copyright or intellectual property violations
• Network abuse or infrastructure attacks

7. Limitation of Liability

HostMyWebCloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, cyber incidents or misuse of services.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable POPIA requirements.

9. Termination

HostMyWebCloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms, illegal activity, abuse or unpaid invoices.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
