Our total liability for any claim related to our services will be limited to the amount you have paid us for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
