For .ZA domains, you agree to:

  • Ensure the accuracy of registrant information.
  • Abide by ZACR's domain dispute resolution processes.
  • Maintain payment of domain renewal fees to avoid suspension or deletion.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

9. Payment Terms

Payments for services are subject to the following terms:

  • All payments must be made in advance for the billing cycle selected.
  • We accept payments through secure payment gateways, including credit/debit cards, EFT, and other available options displayed during checkout.
  • Failure to complete payment on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds or account balance for recurring payments.
