Registrant Terms

1. Domain Ownership & Control

The entity or individual listed as the Registrant in the official WHOIS records is recognized as the sole legal owner of the domain name. The Registrant maintains full administrative control and responsibility for all actions related to the domain name.

2. Registrant Obligations

By registering a domain name, the Registrant agrees to comply with the following mandatory conditions:

• Provide true, accurate, and current contact details during registration and promptly update changes.
• Ensure the domain name does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, trademark, or legal rights.
• Use the domain in full compliance with local laws, registry policies, and international Internet regulations.

3. Domain Use & Acceptable Behavior

Domain names managed under these terms must not be involved in unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities, including:

• Phishing, spamming, malware deployment, or host network attacks.
• Cybersquatting, fraudulent impersonation, or brand infringement.
• Operating unauthorized or illegal digital services.

4. Renewal & Maintenance Duties

It is the Registrant’s responsibility to track registration expiration dates and maintain active payment methods to ensure continuous service renewal before deletion or registry suspension occurs.

5. Indemnification

The Registrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HostMyWebCloud South Africa, its officers, directors, and domain registries from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from domain registration or usage.
