By registering a domain name through HostMyWebCloud, the registrant confirms that all provided information is accurate, complete and legally valid.

2. Accurate Contact Information

• Maintain valid registrant contact details
• Provide accurate administrative information
• Update records when changes occur
• Respond to verification requests when required

3. Domain Ownership & Responsibility

Registrants are solely responsible for all activities, content and services associated with their registered domain names.

Domain registrations remain subject to registry, registrar and applicable legal regulations.

4. Renewals & Expiration

Registrants are responsible for monitoring expiration dates and ensuring timely renewal payments to avoid domain suspension or deletion.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Spam or phishing operations
• Malware distribution or cyber abuse
• Trademark infringement
• Activities violating registry policies

6. Domain Suspension

HostMyWebCloud reserves the right to suspend, lock or terminate domains associated with abuse, legal violations or non-compliance with policies.

7. WHOIS & Verification

Registrants may be required to complete ownership verification processes to maintain active domain status. Failure to comply may result in service restrictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

HostMyWebCloud shall not be liable for domain disputes, losses, registry actions, expired registrations or interruptions caused by third-party providers.

9. Policy Amendments

These Registrant Terms may be updated periodically to reflect regulatory, registry or operational changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
