Registrar Registrant Terms

1. Scope & Framework

This agreement details the legal conditions governing domain name registrations, renewals, updates, and transfers managed through HOSTMYWEBCLOUD SOUTH AFRICA (Pty) Ltd. All registrations are subject to the regulations set forth by ICANN, ZADNA (ZACR for .co.za domains), and relevant top-level domain (TLD) registries.

2. Accuracy of WHOIS Data

The Registrant agrees to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date contact information when submitting domain registration details:

• Full legal name, valid physical address, phone number, and primary email address of the domain holder.
• Provision of accurate Administrative, Technical, and Billing contact information.
• Promptly updating WHOIS details within 7 days of any change to avoid domain suspension.

3. Domain Renewals & Expiration

Domain name ownership is maintained on a subscription basis and requires timely renewal prior to expiration:

• Automated renewal notices are issued prior to domain expiration dates.
• Expired domains enter a grace period, followed by a redemption period determined by registry policy.
• Redemption procedures may incur additional registry-mandated restoration fees.

4. Domain Transfers & EPP Code

Registrants retain the right to transfer domain names to alternative accredited registrars provided that:

• The domain is not currently subject to legal holds, WHOIS status locks, or dispute proceedings.
• All outstanding domain registration or renewal invoices have been settled in full.
• The 60-day post-registration or post-transfer lock period mandated by registry policies has elapsed.

5. Dispute Resolution Policies

All registered domain names are bound by applicable dispute policies, including the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) for gTLDs and the .ZA Alternative Dispute Resolution Regulations (ADR) for .co.za domains.
