Registrar Registrant Terms

1. Domain Registration Agreement

By registering a domain name through HostMyWebCloud, the registrant agrees to comply with all applicable registry, registrar and ICANN policies where applicable.

2. Registrant Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete registration details
• Maintain updated WHOIS and contact information
• Ensure lawful use of registered domain names
• Protect account credentials and access information
• Comply with applicable registry policies

3. Domain Renewals

Registrants are responsible for renewing domain names before expiration dates. Failure to renew may result in suspension, redemption fees or permanent loss of the domain name.

4. Domain Transfers

Domain transfers are subject to registry rules, verification requirements and applicable transfer locks. HostMyWebCloud reserves the right to reject transfers that violate registry or security requirements.

5. WHOIS & Verification

Registrants may be required to verify ownership and contact information. Failure to complete verification may result in domain suspension or cancellation.

6. Prohibited Domain Usage

• Fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Phishing, malware or cybercrime operations
• Spam or unsolicited communication campaigns
• Trademark or copyright infringement
• Illegal or abusive online activities

7. Suspension & Cancellation

HostMyWebCloud and applicable registries reserve the right to suspend, lock or cancel domains that violate policies, legal requirements or security standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

HostMyWebCloud shall not be liable for domain losses, interruptions, registry actions or damages arising from registration disputes, transfer failures or expiration events.

9. Policy Updates

These Registrar Registrant Terms may be updated at any time to comply with registry regulations, ICANN requirements or operational changes.
