HostMyWebCloud GDPR Policy

At HostMyWebCloud, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers’ personal data. As part of this commitment, we adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and take all necessary measures to ensure compliance. This policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data in accordance with GDPR principles.

  • In the event of a data breach involving personal data, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and affected individuals without undue delay, as required by GDPR.
  1. Data Protection Officer (DPO)
  • HostMyWebCloud has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with GDPR and ensuring the protection of personal data.
  1. Individual Rights
  • Individuals have the right to lodge complaints with the relevant supervisory authority if they believe that their rights under GDPR have been infringed.
  • Individuals have the right to withdraw consent for the processing of their personal data at any time, where consent is the lawful basis for processing.

This GDPR Policy is reviewed regularly and updated as necessary to ensure ongoing compliance with GDPR requirements and any changes in applicable data protection laws and regulations.
