This Registrant Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the registration and use of domain names through HostMyWeb’s services. By registering a domain name with us, you agree to comply with this Registrant Agreement. This agreement is designed to ensure a clear understanding of the rights and responsibilities associated with domain name registration.

2. Domain Registration

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the domain registration process. It is your responsibility to update this information to keep it accurate and current.

Ownership: You acknowledge that domain names are registered on a first-come, first-served basis and do not confer ownership rights beyond the registration period.

3. Domain Use and Content

Legal Use: You agree to use the registered domain name and associated services in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Content: You shall not use the domain name to host, display, or transmit content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of third parties.

4. Payment and Renewal

Fees: You agree to pay the applicable fees for domain registration and renewal as outlined in our pricing and billing policies.

Renewal: It is your responsibility to ensure timely renewal of your domain name registration. Failure to renew on time may result in the loss of the domain.

5. Transfer and Modification

Transfer: Domain name transfers to or from HostMyWeb are subject to our transfer policies and procedures.

Modification: You may modify your domain’s contact information through our provided management tools. However, certain modifications may require additional verification.

6. Dispute Resolution

Domain Disputes: You agree to comply with the dispute resolution processes and policies set forth by the domain’s relevant domain registry authority (e.g., ICANN) in the event of disputes concerning your domain name.

7. Termination and Suspension

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your domain registration if you breach this Registrant Agreement.

Suspension: We may suspend or lock your domain name in the event of non-payment, violation of this agreement, or other reasons specified in our policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the registered domain name or our services, including but not limited to interruption of business, lost profits, or other consequential damages.

9. Updates to this Agreement

We may update this Registrant Agreement as needed to reflect changes in our services, industry regulations, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this agreement.
